embarking

today we've been packing, making last minute trips to the dollar store and in about 4 hours we'll be embarking on our journey to Sri Lanka. last night loved ones gathered for prayer and to bless our send off. really overwhelmingly for that to occur for me. granted what we are doing is a little out of the ordinary for most people, but the kingdom work that can be done here is of just a great importance and as we gathered last night i couldn't help but think - these gatherings of blessing and prayer should occur not only for the sending off overseas but the work here at home. we're hoping to have internet access of somekind to post updates. if not - see ya in a few.........
