back from philly with a lot to sort through - the last day we finally got to a "meaty" issue and i have some real sorting and thinking to do, but first tomorrow i'll drive to SF then to Davis to get ready for my 1/2 Ironman on Sat, then after the race on Sat it's off to Los Altos for a meet greet with those on an emerging edge of some churches. a busy two days to say the least - very much in line with the way i've been living lately. i'm looking forward to this fall as it seems it will be a time for some reflecting. earlier today i was tempted to just opt out of my race on Sat but after packing tonight i'm a little excited. so we'll see - i'm hoping, praying it goes well. my goal - beat 5 hours.
