cycling

i'm definitely learning a new way of life without a car. yesterday i journeyed over 2 hrs to go about 30 miles. moving from cycling, to light rail, to cycling and finally to bart. it allows me the opportunity to both travel to a destination and to get the cycling engine in shape. riding with transport in mind differs from training rides, for one most of the time is spent on city roads (eh) but there is the added benefit of not riding just to ride.

A WARNING TO MOTORISTS:
Please when making a right turn do not speed past us cyclists thinking you have enough time to make the turn in front of us - most likely you won't. Pleas watch carefully when pulling out of driveways and don't pull half way out blocking the bike path. Please.

the depths of which exist for us to live in our bodies never ceases to fill me with amazement.
