signs of the kingdom

"the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it." (matt 11:12)
Where do you see the kingdom of God, was a question posed to a group of us at our last peer learning group. I see the kingdom of God as I run into people I haven't seen since junior high, I see the kingdom in having my friend Erik move in two doors down without my knowledge, without any planning. I see the kingdom in movies like Rize, where people are artistically expressing themselves and opening their life to the goodness of the creator as they seek healing in his presence.

The kingdom of God is at hand,
Jesus, give us eyes to see it,
and the where with all to help bring it in those broken places.
