lounge
as i was driving home from SF today my mind starting working again on the lounge idea....the trail took me to thinking about it terms of a missional community where people could come to be helped in their spiritual formation, learn and practice spiritual disciplines, a new monasticism of sorts. not a new idea by any means but something that came to me again today.....perhaps an alternative to going to college or grad school. come work at this place live in community with the other employees and at the same time learn a bunch of mind expanding things. much like these etrekclasses i've been taking. in fact while i was driving i thought i should send an email out to spencer and todd. perhaps i will no matter how stupid it might make me look.

it's hard being the one in the front... "getting it" before others do. being the first to quite possibly have a loose grip on something that many of us are trying to sort through, no matter how weak.
you have lots of ideas going on here, adam. i sense that something is going to come of all these musings even if it means pursuing several ideas that don't go very far... i bet put together it's all going to lead to something better than you can imagine. as long as those steps of faith are taken in pursuing each one and seeing where they lead you....
