our bodies are simply amazing. i've begun to increase my physical activity, a little running some biking and a good amount a climbing and after just a couple days of that i started waking up on my own with no alarm clock on less sleep and when i do wake i'm awake. one of things you know but it's always fun to experience it again. the prescription isn't the same for all of us but try some experimenting and see what happens....we are multi-dimensional beings and the way we treat our bodies has direct influence in our spiritual and mental health.
