body living

I haven't had much to say lately - I've been in a different frame of mind perhaps. I've been getting into training my body pretty rigorously and it made me think of last year when around this time I hired a coach to help me qualify for Ironman HI. I examined my training logs and wonder had I kept it up what sort of shape would my body be in at this point? It was definitely the right move at the time to put it aside and I don't know if it will ever become a focal point like it could, which is most likely for the better of my soul.

I wonder how to leverage the way I live in my body for others, to use it for kingdom work. In my mind it's inseparable from my spirituality and I'm finding that this conversation is growing or at least is talked about more amongst people I interact with.

one thing i do believe, is the more we take care of our bodies with proper nutrition and exercise, hygiene, etc.. the more we'll be equiped to be of service when service calls, however that looks. our bodies help our minds..and our minds help our souls.. and it all works so mysteriously. so in taking care of ourselves in this respect..we're taking care of eachother. everything has a ripple effect. and that is fortunate at times, and unfortunate at other times, depending on our choices.

probably something you alredy know..just thought i'd supplement.
