walking, walking, walking,
endlessly on foot throughout the city
feet in pain, legs aching, making our way

kidding aside i think i walked for about 10 hours yesterday - which would translate into about 20+ miles. rockafeller center, FOA swartz, MoMA, St Patrick's, Time Square, vintage clothing shopping, and then some.

there's an infectious energy about this city that draws you in. the culture hiding in every corner, the faces whirling by, tonight i'm off to check out some poetry reading followed by beat box, i'm hoping that tonight will be filled with engaging conversation. today i spent most of the day in union square people watching shopping, sitting enjoying. of what i've seen i'd pick greenwich village to live in.
