WANTED

WANT AD:
I've been thinking more about opening a lounge and i have a lot of ideas swirling around in my head about it - some good, some bad. As I toss these ideas around I'm coming to the point where, as a friend today said, its either time to develop it or flush it.

Here's what I'm really interested in right now. A partner - someone who has either had a similiar idea or likes the idea and is willing to grab some tea to talk it over and seriously consider investing some blood, sweat and tears.

Here's my attempt at giving verbage to the idea:a physical place that carries with it some unique aura/energy that draws creatives, thinkers, seekers, philanthropists, the broken, the inspirational, the conversational. a place where approachability of strangers is at maximum. open mic nights, live music, great wall art, tasty wine, good coffee, great tea, even better beer. everything's for sale. a third place to belong to.
