A friend of mine who works at a startup has quoted his boss as saying those same words during staff meetings. Random house (the dictionary makers) suggest that it really became popular around 2000. It seems to have two meanings according to them:
"a meeting in which one faces an unpleasant truth'; and one using "moment" rather than "meeting": 'an epiphany in which one realizes the truth of a matter'."
I think my friend's boss was using it in the second context about their product. Seems like a very modern portrait of Jesus as the revealer of personal or previously hidden truth.
